Depending on the situation, MITA may evaluate a direct purchase, contract rights, marketing or Fast Track arrangement, referral, listing-related option, or another solution. The exact role, compensation, disclosures, and obligations will be stated in the relevant written documents. Foreclosure and urgent deadlines

MITA does not guarantee that contacting us will stop or postpone foreclosure, eviction, tax sale, legal action, or any deadline. Continue communicating with your lender, servicer, attorney, housing counselor, trustee, court, or government agency. Do not ignore notices or deadlines.

Communications consent

When you ask us to contact you, you authorize responsive calls, emails, and texts about your property through the information you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with operation, scrape content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
